Never Been Stitched Giveaway

neverbeenstitched

Are you looking for a quick finish?  Never Been Stitched is a new book complied by Amanda Carestio and published by Lark containing 45 projects requiring either no sewing or very little sewing.

There are many projects in this book that would appeal to children or those new to sewing.   Those familiar with sewing may have fun with these projects when they are looking for a quick finish or a last minute gift.  Many of the projects include knits and felt as well as restyling store bought items into new creations.  I can see this book being helpful for scout leaders or those working with “green teams” or environmental groups due to the reuse of materials such as knit tee shirts.

Courtesy of Lark, I have this book to giveaway.  Please simply leave a comment here and I will draw a winner’s name on Friday, Jan. 24th.  US residents only please.

If you don’t win, the book is also available on Amazon.

Edited to add….and the winner is:

Thanks, Amy, for this give-away opportunity. I could put this to good use. I’m teaching some of the tweeners at church how to sew, and one sweet little girl always gravitates toward the no sewing options. I’d love to win the book … lol … who wouldn’t? … but just in case another reader gets it, I’ll check it out for our stash of craft resources. Love your blog (not trying to win points), and enjoyed making that Rouched Happy Bag for several friends this Christmas. Have a prosperous and rewarding new year.
