One of our little neighbors, Sarah, is turning one this week. I decided to make her Hillary Lang’s “Peanut the Wee Elephant” from Joelle Hoverson’s Last Minute Patchwork and Quilted Gifts. The planets all aligned and the two big kids were having quiet time in their rooms while the baby slept. I should probably use the opportunity to clean and do laundry next time….
