I made one more flag for “To Boston with Love.”  I chose to make an image of the Leonard P. Zakim Bridge that spans the Charles River in Boston.  You can read about the bridge here.  The bridge was named after a civil rights activist so it seemed an appropriate structure to use in my flag.  I also added a heart with the word “time” to acknowledge that it will take time for the people to heal both physically and emotionally.
If you haven’t heard about the “To Boston with Love” project yet, you can read about it here.
