With the kids back in school, I finally had time to tackle my sewing room and it is now as tidy as it ever gets.  I thought I should take advantage of that fact and document it! My creative process doesn’t tend to be very neat.  My sewing room is normally littered with fabric when I am in the middle of a project.

I have started a new project that I am tentatively calling Wings.  My blocks are paper pieced and I am using a medium shade of blue, black, watermelon and mustard/citron.

I actually started this project during the summer but hadn’t gotten all that far.  Hopefully I will have a quilt top to share shortly! I hope you are all settling into your fall routines. I think it is going to take a month or two for my family to get into the groove.
