I do! But I like baking them even more! Every year, I start baking and freezing Christmas cookies right after Thanksgiving. If you have been following my blog for awhile, you know that I am working on a series of Christmas/winter themed paper pieced blocks. They are various sizes so that when I lay them out together, I will have an alternate grid layout. I knew that I needed to include a baking block…and here it is!

This sweet gingerbread man could be embellished with embroidered frosting, if you like! And the rolling pin could be marble, like mine, or wood, depending on what fabrics you have on hand.
