The Spotlight Quilt wall hanging size and doable in a weekend. You will likely have everything that you need on hand too–it’s super stash friendly. This pattern results in a really cool transparency effect.

This pattern assumes a knowledge of paper piecing. It’s perfect for the intermediate foundation paper piecer.

Description

Finished Quilt Size:
34″ x 34″ (though the quilt in the alternate colorway in the final photos includes a 2″ border which you could add to increase size)

Background Fabric:
1 yard white

Brights:
FQ dark
FQ medium
1/2 yard light (a fat quarter is possible but very tight)

More fabric is recommended if you use prints or if you are a paper piecing beginner.

Binding: 1/3 yard
Backing: 1 yard
