This PDF pattern bundle includes two foundation paper pieced blocks: the “Easter Basket” that finishes as 12″ square, and the “Egg” hiding in the grass that finishes at 6″ square.

The Easter Basket and Egg blocks were designed to both complement those found in my book, Petal + Stem, and be used successfully on their own. The basket features two woven bands which allow you to add a little more color in the block. It also reminds me of my childhood basket! Together, these blocks make me think of eggs hunts!

This pattern assumes a general knowledge of paper piecing. There are full color, numbered diagrams to consult for proper fabric color placement. Templates are full size.
